Medium Rare

Medium Rare is an extended version of the Rare model, featuring a significantly larger work surface, an integrated gas hob, and an outdoor refrigerator. This functional and durable outdoor kitchen is perfect for a private home garden or terrace. The granite worktop is extended with thermowood side wings, providing extra space for food preparation. A stainless steel sink adds further convenience for cooking and prep work. The high-quality four-burner gas grill ensures even heat distribution and precise temperature control. The open-front design, combined with a thermowood shelf and stainless steel doors, makes Medium Rare a practical outdoor kitchen where functionality meets Nordic design.

If you prefer, the gas grill can be replaced with a charcoal or electric grill. The gas hob can also be swapped for an electric hob to suit your setup.

All of our outdoor kitchens are designed for Nordic climate and require minimal maintenance. High-quality, weather-resistant materials ensure that the kitchens remain beautiful and fresh for years, even in changeable weather.

Water supply for the sink can be easily arranged using a garden hose with quick-connect fittings or a separate pressure tank. If desired and with the appropriate preparations, the sink can also be connected to the household water system. Drainage can be solved with a simple collection container, or, where connections are available, integrated into the home’s sewage system.
