Granite countertops can be cleaned with lukewarm water and an acid-free cleaner. It is recommended to clean aluminium surfaces, stainless steel or aluminium doors, drawers and inserts with a special stainless steel cleaner, using a soft cloth, avoiding the use of substances that cause scratching or abrasion. It is recommended to treat wooden elements twice a year, before and after the season. Wood is a natural material, so even with treatment, it can still discolour and crack due to environmental influences. When cleaning all grill appliances, follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
All outdoor kitchen elements are made from weather-resistant materials. However, it is recommended to protect the kitchen from adverse weather conditions (dust, UV radiation, snow, rain, etc.) with a cover. During the off-season, as well as in summer, to protect from adverse weather conditions, we offer specially made UV-resistant and water-repellent covers as optional accessories for every purchased model or custom outdoor kitchen set. These are available upon request.
All our outdoor kitchens are made from weather-resistant materials, so there is no need to worry about corrosion, deterioration, or UV damage. The frame and front and back panels are made of powder-coated 100% aluminium, the doors and drawer fronts are made of brushed stainless steel, and the wooden cabinets are made from weather-resistant thermo-wood. The condition and lifespan of the outdoor kitchen can be further extended by using protective covers.
Depending on the chosen model, installation may require connections for hot and cold water, gas, or electricity, as well as professional installation of these connections. Additionally, a screwdriver, a level, and adhesive for the work surfaces are required.
Whether standard modules or fully custom solutions, our outdoor kitchens offer options for all needs. Our modules and configurations are fully customizable in terms of size, colour, equipment, and layout. For more information, please contact us at info@arcticgrill.eu.
The short answer is no. For installation, only a base slab on a flat and even surface is needed. The kitchen is a freestanding structure and does not require a foundation.
If your outdoor kitchen setup requires electrical connections, preparing them in advance is recommended but not mandatory. Electrical connections can also be added later if needed. Still, planning these connections during the terrace design stage is often the most convenient approach. Water supply for the sink can be easily arranged using a garden hose with quick-connect fittings or a separate pressure tank. If desired and with the appropriate preparations, the sink can also be connected to the household water system. Drainage can be solved with a simple collection container, or, where connections are available, integrated into the home’s sewage system.
