TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the online store arcticgrill.eu operated by Lepton OÜ (registration nr 16520581), registered at Iirise street 6-5, 51011 Tartu, Tartu county, Estonia (“Seller”).
By placing an order, the customer (“Consumer“) confirms that:
• they have read these Terms;
• they understand their rights and obligations;
• they explicitly accept these Terms before completing the purchase.
These Terms apply only to orders placed directly through the Seller’s online store (arcticgrill.eu) using the standard checkout process. Orders agreed individually outside the online store, including custom quotations or invoiced transactions, are subject to separate terms agreed with the customer.
2. Products and Information
Information about the products is provided directly on the online store next to each product listing.
The Seller makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate. Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product due to:
• display settings,
• lighting conditions,
• manufacturing variations.
The Seller reserves the right to modify product information and availability at any time, without affecting confirmed orders.
For additional information about products, the Consumer may contact the Seller by email at info@arcticgrill.eu or by phone: +372 5470 0360.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in euro [EUR] currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery costs are displayed separately at checkout before the order is confirmed. The exact delivery cost is calculated and shown after the Consumer has entered a valid delivery address.
Payment methods available are displayed at checkout. The order will be processed after full payment is received.
4. Order Process
The order process consists of the following steps:
1. selection of products;
2. review of order summary;
3. entry of delivery and contact details;
4. acceptance of these Terms;
5. payment confirmation.
The Consumer is responsible for ensuring that all provided information (delivery address, contact details) are correct.
A legally binding sales contract is concluded only when the Seller sends an order confirmation email.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:
• incorrect pricing due to technical error;
• suspected fraud or misuse;
• product unavailability.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before the dispatch of goods.
5. Delivery
Goods are delivered to the address provided by the Consumer.
The Seller delivers goods to the following countries: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery will take place within 30 business days from order confirmation.
If delivery is delayed, the Consumer will be informed and may cancel the order if delivery does not occur within a reasonable additional period.
The exact delivery time is agreed individually with the Consumer after the order has been placed.
Delivery is carried out to the end of the last passable road accessible by standard delivery vehicles.
Shipping costs calculated during checkout apply to mainland destinations only and do not apply to islands or remote territories. For deliveries to islands or remote areas, shipping costs will be calculated separately and agreed with the Consumer after the order is placed.
If the delivery address is located in a remote or hard-to-access area and delivery costs are unreasonably high, the Seller reserves the right to request an additional shipping fee or to cancel the order. In such cases, the Consumer will be informed and given the option to accept the additional cost or to receive a full refund.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the Consumer receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by a clear statement (e.g. email).
If the Consumer withdraws, the Seller will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
The Consumer must return the goods within 14 days of notifying withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer unless stated otherwise. Returned goods must be sent to the Seller’s return address in Estonia, which will be provided to the Consumer upon withdrawal notification.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
7. Legal Guarantee and Defective Goods
The Seller is liable for lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
If goods are defective, the Consumer may request:
• repair,
